NUTRITION AND EXERCISE COACHING POWERED BY PROCOACH

When it comes to nutritional coaching, many things oversaturate the market.  Meal plans are hit or miss, individual coaching can be expensive, and few things seem sustainable over a long period of time.

The Procoach system and curriculum aim to fix some of those issues while providing a unique experience that has been scientifically researched (Research studies).  The unique experience revolves heavily around coaching and the interactions between you and me.  This experience lasts for a year and builds a solid foundation for you to carry with you for the rest of your life.

So how does it work?

Upon signing up and registering your account you are taken to your first assignment, filling out the initial questionnaire.  This intake provides me valuable info to learn how you work in regards to exercise and nutrition.  Upon completion you are given a quick start guide which provides you with a detailed report of recommendations to start the journey.

You will receive a daily email containing a brief description of what you should be working on and thinking about that day. These emails link to a special ProCoach homepage where lessons, habits, and assignments are outlined.

Daily habits

Every 2 weeks you will be presented with a new habit, something you're asked to practice every day, to develop a particular nutrition or lifestyle skill. These habits are explained in detail on day one. And every day after, ProCoach will remind you about your habit.

Daily habit checks

Every day you will also be asked to record whether or not you practiced the habit. Consistency is tracked in a special “Progress” area of the ProCoach client interface. This helps me see how consistent you're being.

Daily lessons and assignments

To support the daily habits, ProCoach offers brief lessons in the form of articles, videos, audio files, and/or downloads. Your engagement with lessons and assignments is tracked in the progress area and provides a way for us to communicate better.  Some of these lessons have questions for you to fill in so I can better understand how you are doing and help in any way.

Regular progress checks

Every week or two, you are asked to provide your body weight, girth, photos, and other markers of progress, including subjective ones. These are tracked in the progress area and available for you to compare and contrast your progress as you go through this journey.
